Born and Raised

Rebecca Fountain is one of the biggest Rising Stars of the Las Vegas community. She is a Las Vegas native and a refreshing bright spot in an industry that has been dominated by a single demographic for too long. As the new president of NCA she has a proven record of establishing fairness and equality within all the boards and councils she's been involved with. While serving in pro bono positions she's committed to the Vegas Valley like few others. Ms. Fountain is the new face of Las Vegas.

Rebecca Fountain raises up her employees, family, friends and fellow entrepreneurs in ways only she can. Ms. Fountain has an extensive background in leadership development and skills honed only years of experience. She has put other companies before her own simply, because it was the right thing to do. She leads by example and exemplifies the honesty and loyalty that's needed to our beloved city. As a native to Las Vegas her roots run deep and you'll be hard pressed to find someone who hasn't been connected with her. She invests most of her time supporting this city, her employees and other local entrepreneurs. Her suppliers are women owned companies that she's helped raise up. Her loyalty and commitment to our city and it's residents speaks volumes to who she is as a person and lifelong resident. You won't find anyone better to lead.

In 1978 Rebecca designed and constructed her first of many residential properties. In 1987 Rebecca accepted a position with Nevada Power Company (NV Energy) as a designer and was soon promoted to the elite group of engineers who designed and constructed the Utah Transmission Power Line. She was then promoted again to work with Developers in designing distribution infrastructure for commercial and residential communities.

In 1994 she resigned from Nevada Power and started her first women owned subcontracting construction company, “Fountain Construction, Inc.” She installed underground dry utilities infrastructure and curb/gutter/sidewalk throughout Las Vegas. She became an NDOT DBE Certified minority company, performing work for Nevada Power, Sprint Telephone Co, Cox Cable, NDOT, Nellis AFB, Creech AFB and the Army Corp of Engineers. She also performed work for DR Horton, Richmond American Homes, Us Homes and KB Homes. Ms. Fountain was the Qualified Employee for her company with Nevada State Contractor License classifications in A, B and C-5 categories.
